Date: 02/22/10

Tracey Mason, a 19-year veteran of the wine and spirits industry, has formally accepted the position of VP of Marketing for Goelet Wine Estates (GWE) "Americas" commencing February 22nd, 2010. In her new role, Tracey will be in charge of all marketing & public relations duties for Napa Valley's Clos Du Val winery. Her responsibilities will include development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase the awareness, image and sales of Clos Du Val and its sister brands.

In addition to her duties as VP of Marketing, Tracey has also been asked to head an internal group of marketing managers from GWE's other properties -- Taltarni (Australia) and Domaine de Nizas (France) -- to ensure consistent regional marketing and communications strategies to support GWE's global, ultra premium-brand-building efforts.

Tracey has an excellent record of building ultra premium brands through the creation of innovative marketing programs and brings with her a detailed understanding of public relations, retail sales operations and imports."

Prior to joining GWE, Tracey was VP of Sales and Marketing for ProVina, a Silicon Valley-based, winemaking technology company best known for the WinePod, the world's first micro-fermentation system. Before ProVina, Tracey was VP of Sales and Marketing for Epic Wines (Santa Cruz, CA), VP of Marketing Innovation for Fosters Wine Estates (Napa, CA), and a Director of Innovation for Diageo North America (Stamford, CT).
