Glazer's Appoints Shawn Thurman as Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
Glazer’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bennett Glazer announced that Shawn Thurman has been appointed Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing. Thurman will have total responsibility for Glazer’s top line performance in its 11 states. Glazer’s State Presidents will report into Thurman, as will Glazer’s On and Off-Premise Corporate Account teams.
Shawn Thurman is a 30 year veteran of the beverage distribution business. He is currently Executive Vice President for Alliance Beverage Distributing Company in Arizona where he has enjoyed great success for the last seven years. Thurman has worked for Glazer’s for 28 years in a variety of management and leadership roles, including Louisiana State President, Vice President Business Development, Arizona’s VP Sales and Marketing, and Branch Manager roles in El Paso and Little Rock. Thurman earned a Bachelor’s degree from WestTexasStateUniversity.
