Aaron Piotter Joins Gallo's Premium Winemaking team

Date: 05/06/14

Aaron Piotter has joined E&J Gallo winery's Premium Winemaking team.

Piotter, a Sonoma County native, comes to Gallo after 10+ years at Ferrari-Carano Winery. He began his career by pursuing and earning a degree from UC Davis in Viticulture and Enology. He then honed his winemaking skills at a number of wineries including Franciscan, Viansa, ZD and Sebastiani. Aaron’s diverse experience and open-minded approach to winemaking make him a very welcome and fitting addition to the Gallo winemaking force. When Aaron isn’t busy tasting, blending or talking about wine he is often occupied by his son and daughter’s sports endeavors. He has been actively involved in both youth Futsal and youth Lacrosse as a director or coordinator.
