Brian Russell Joins Abbott and Kindermann, LLP

Abbott and Kindermann, LLP announced that attorney Brian Russell, who founded Russell Law Group in 2010, a business transactional law firm based in Napa Valley, has joined Abbott and Kindermann, LLP. Abbott and Kindermann, LLP has launched a new office in St. Helena, where Russell will operate the firm’s wine law practice and continue to deliver forward thinking legal and strategic advice to the wine business.  Russell provides guidance in the areas of land use, real estate, business, alcohol beverage licensing, intellectual property and municipal law. As vice chairperson of the City of St. Helena Planning Commission, Russell is involved in local land use policies that influence the Napa Valley. A native of Southern California, Russell moved to Napa Valley in 2005 to practice law and to work more closely with his wife’s family vineyard operation.
