Gandona Estate, a producer of fine wines on Pritchard Hill in Napa Valley, has announced two appointments fundamental to its continued success in the luxury wine market.
Daniel Ha, formerly sales and hospitality manager at Dana Estates, has assumed the role of general manager at Gandona Estate. In his new position, Ha will oversee and manage daily business operations, including sales and marketing. In the past several years, he has become known for his expertise in direct-to-consumer hospitality and sales strategies as well as his effective approach to managing the sommelier and distributor communities. He also held strategic positions at Vineyard 29 and several award-winning restaurants in Napa Valley and Dallas. Ha holds a bachelor’s of business administration in marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
“Gandona Estate is the fortunate recipient of strong early market acceptance,” said Manuel Pires, vintner and owner of Gandona Estate. “Daniel and Ryan bring the expertise needed to help maintain our position and facilitate the company’s growth. They join Philippe Melka and Jim Barbour as new members of our exceptional management team.”
“I am very excited to be a member of this incredible team,” said Ha. “On meeting Manuel, I found his steadfast vision and relentless commitment to create a world-class wine estate in Napa Valley both energizing and inspiring.”
