Dennis Hill, Cannonball Wine Company winemaker and co-founder, has found his perfect pairing with the hiring of Heidi Morgan Maul as assistant winemaker. Maul comes to Cannonball with over a decade of winemaking experience. She is a proven whiz in the lab from her years as enologist at Sonoma Cutrer and lab technician at Fetzer. She will be Hill’s right hand in running Cannonball winemaking operations and lab.
