Swiftwater Cellars Hires New Assistant Winemaker

Andrew Wisniewski has joined Swiftwater Cellars as assistant winemaker, where he will provide direct winemaking support to winemaker Linda Trotta. Wisniewski brings an extensive background in winemaking and production management to the position. Most recently he served as cellar master at Stoller Estate Winery in Dayton, Oregon. He has also worked harvests in New Zealand and Australia. In addition to his technical winemaking education, Wisniewski holds a Level 1 Sommelier certificate through The Court of Master Sommeliers.

Swiftwater Cellars is nestled in the heart of the Cascade Mountains 80 miles east of Seattle in historic Cle Elum?Roslyn. Founded in 2008 by the Watts family, it is Washington’s ultimate destination winery featuring dining, golf and special events. The boutique collection of wines produced are sourced from premiere vineyards throughout the Pacific Northwest and tended to by veteran winemaker Linda Trotta.
