Master Sommelier Brandon Tebbe Joins the Synergy Fine Wines Sales Team
Synergy Fine Wines announced that master sommelier Brandon Tebbe has joined the Denver sales team. Tebbe passed the prestigious master sommelier exam in July 2011, becoming one of 186 master sommeliers worldwide and one of only thirteen masters in the history of the court to pass all three rigorous parts of the exam on his first attempt.
Tebbe began his career in Colorado in 2005 as a part-time sake/wine sommelier at Sushi Den. He has also held positions at Restaurant Kevin Taylor in Denver, Charles Court at the famous Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs and at Master Chef Richard Sandoval’s Zengo and Tamayo restaurants in Denver.
Shortly after passing the master sommelier exam, Tebbe relocated to Willamette Valley, where he designed and opened Paulee restaurant, within months achieving the honor of being one of the Top 25 Places to Drink Wine in 2012 in Wine and Spirits magazine.
Returning to Colorado, Tebbe is now pursuing his master of wine diploma and working his way through the master cicerone program, while building upon his skills by delving into the distribution side. Tebbe is excited to be working with the boutique wines and quality-minded producers in Synergy’s portfolio. He will primarily focus on on-premise accounts in South Denver.
