Rory Sheehe Named Assistant Winemaker at JC Cellars
JC Cellars announced that Rory Sheehe has joined their team as assistant winemaker. In this position, Sheehe will be providing direct winemaking support to Jeff Cohn, winemaker, president of JC Cellars. He brings an extensive background in winemaking vineyard experience and cellar management to the position. Most recently he worked with Calcareous Vineyard in Paso Robles, California as the assistant winemaker and prior to that he was with St Supery Winery as a vineyard manager intern while attending California Polytechnic State University. Sheehe holds a BS degree in international agriculture business management from Cal Poly.
