Domaine Select Wine Estates (DSWE), a Manhattan based wine and spirits import and distribution company, announced that the company’s growth in recent years has necessitated adding three new key personnel, including executive vice president of business development and operations – Joseph LoSardo – and two additional divisional vice presidents of sales – Gerry Keogh and Rick Caudle – for the company’s import division. Together, they join DSWE veteran Bradley Groper to head the DSWE national sales leadership team, implementing and designing sales strategies and tactics for their respective regions.
DSWE founder and CEO, Paolo Domeneghetti, explains how DSWE is expanding its national infrastructure: “We are committed to healthy, strategic growth while maintaining our standards and identity which have defined our company since the beginning. Our decision to expand the executive management team is part of a thoughtful process we have begun to propel DSWE into the next phase of our growth.”
Joseph LoSardo joined DSWE in June of 2012. Joseph works closely with ownership and the executive team to develop, implement and maintain sales strategies, operations and efficiencies across the company. LoSardo brings over 20 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry and sales operations including 15 years with Frederick Wildman & Sons where he served as the vice president of sales strategy and operations.
