Soter Vineyards partners, Michelle and Tony Soter, are pleased to announce that James Cahill and Brian Sypher will become equity partners in a new entity called North Valley Vineyards, LLC.

James Cahill, who has worked with Soter Vineyards for ten years, continues in his role as Winemaker and Director of Operations. Brian Sypher, who directs Sales and Marketing for the winery, has had a long association with the Soters, having formerly represented the wines in the New York market in his role as General Sales Manager for noted distributor, Michael Skurnik Wines.

The North Valley label is focused on exploring the nuances of the Northern Willamette Valley in association with dedicated grower vineyards in the region. Pedigreed vineyard sites, certified sustainable farming practices, and hands-on vineyard management are the cornerstones of North Valley Vineyards, with the goal of producing exceptional quality wines of genuine personality and style.

Both Brian and James remain committed in their roles to the Soter Vineyards Estate wines, where the conviction is held that we are stewards of one of the new World’s great Pinot Noir vineyards…our own Mineral Springs Ranch.
