Wilson Daniels, one of the industry’s leading fine wine sales and marketing organizations, announces the appointment of Samantha Dickinson as director of sales, California.

Samantha Dickinson has over 15 years experience in wine industry distribution and supplier positions. After 10 years in the restaurant business, she began working in wine sales and management for distributors in North Carolina and Georgia. In 2003, after living for a brief period in Tuscany, Samantha discovered her passion for all things Italian and relocated to Chicago to immerse herself in the specialty Italian and fine wine portfolios of Winebow and Domaine Select Wine Estates.

Samantha later sharpened her distributor management skills through state and regional management positions with Click Wine Group and Underdog Wine Merchants, a division of The Wine Group. In 2011, Samantha gained international experience as European export manager for Underdog Wine Merchants.

Samantha recently relocated to California and is looking forward to bringing her unique background of working with larger-volume suppliers as well as smaller artisan producers to manage the California state business for Wilson Daniels.
