New Tarla chef plans winemaker dinner
A duo of Muscovy duck, with sunchoke tart and pomegranate farro, will be accompanied by a glass of 2009 Mendocino old vine zinfandel. Chicory/cabernet braised beef cheeks, with pickled red pearl onions, root vegetables and wild mushrooms, come with the winery's 2007 Napa cabernet sauvignon.
