Mt. Airy restaurant adds draft wine to the menu
Philadelphia has long been known for its devotion to good beer. So, it's not unusual to see a line of draft pulls at local bars. It is unusual, however, to see wine coming out of that tap. But thanks to a change in Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board regulations, that sight is slowly becoming more common.
