Winemaker Paul Hobbs selected as winemaking consultant for Juanico Wines in Uruguay
International winemaker and consultant Paul Hobbs announced today that he will serve as consulting winemaker for Juanicó Wines in Canelones, Uruguay. Hobbs will work with the Deicas family, who founded the winery in 1979, to improve the portfolio of wines, including the Don Pascual and Pueblo del Sol brands.
