To produce the wine, Island Club partnered with Brazil-based winery Cooperativa Vinicola Aurora. The 11.8% ABV Carnaval Brazilian Brut is a blend of Reisling and Semillon grapes that are sourced from Serra Gaucha region in Brazil.
