DC Council considers revamping liquor law with changes in sales, licensing, regulations
Ward 1 Councilmember Jim Graham is pushing a bill that would include allowing liquor stores to remain open on Sundays. It would authorize "wine pubs" and legalize 64-ounce "growlers" that bars or grocery stores could fill with beer for customers to take away.
