Winery opponents, not LUBA, muddle land-use law
For the past year, Friends of Yamhill County and its allies in state agencies have attempted unsuccessfully to change long-standing winery land use law through litigation. This effort has threatened to disrupt local planning efforts and wine business throughout the state.
