Nissen Wine Breaks Ground On New $250,000 Facility
As temperatures rose to around 100 degrees Wednesday, dozens of visitors enjoyed beverages from Nissen Wine during a noon groundbreaking ceremony for a $250,000 structure that will house a wine processing facility, a tasting room and information about the Outlaw Trail Scenic Byway.
