Dallas to amend rules to attract microbreweries, wineries, distilleries
Dallas councilman Jerry Allen told NBCDFW that there is a lot of red tape, and that's why they are moving the ball forward, to try to make sure they protect the integrity of the community, but at the same time take away that red tape.
