AVON, CT (Oct. 10, 2012) – Brand Action Team has been hired to promote ProWein, International Trade Fair Wine and Spirits, in the U.S. market. “ProWein has grown to become the leading international wine and spirits trade show and is defined by our focus on and attendance exclusively by the trade,” said Tom Mitchell, President of Messe Düsseldorf North America, the company’s representative organization in the U.S. “We recognized we need to increase awareness and attendance by the trade in America and have chosen Brand Action Team for their strengths in trade marketing to help us accomplish that.”

ProWein will take place Mar. 24-26, 2013 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Last year the event attracted nearly 4,000 exhibitors and 40,000 trade visitors. The show is not open to consumers. In addition to a wide range of wineries from around the world, the spirits segment was represented in a dedicated hall with over 300 suppliers. With two additional halls, ProWein is expected to grow significantly in 2013.
