Robert Oatley Vineyards USA and WineSource International Merge to Become Pacific Highway Wines & Spirits
The two are creating a comprehensive fine wine and craft spirits sales and marketing company.

Robert Oatley Vineyards USA and WineSource International recently merged into a single unit that yields a broader market reach for their complimentary portfolios. The new company, Pacific Highway Wines & Spirits, has invested in a national infrastructure that will strengthen the representation of their brands.

This exciting joint venture between the Oatley family of Australia and WineSource International of Atlanta, Georgia will be managed by Mark Giordano, president.

“This is a tremendous opportunity as we strengthen our global footprint. We have just launched the new Robert Oatley Signature Series range and will soon introduce our Australian success story, Wild Oats, to the U.S. market. The WineSource International team and portfolio will increase our serviceability to the market,” said Bob Oatley from his office in Sydney.

Kari Carlos, vice president of sales for WineSource International, adds, “The new partnership offers a comprehensive portfolio including wine brands from: South Africa, California, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, Argentina, as well as an American Whiskey. Additionally, this new platform provides prime accessibility to the forefront of new and exciting trends within our industry.”

Pacific Highway Wines & Spirits will expand on its strength of servicing its customer base through a strategic alliance with Republic National Distributing Company and Young’s Market Company as well as other professional family owned wholesalers.

Pacific Highway Wines & Spirits will have offices in Petaluma, California and Atlanta, Georgia.
