He provides financial and operational leadership and consulting advice to companies across a variety of industries. Rick has served as the CFO of 10 companies on a full-time or consulting basis. He has also co-founded several businesses and served in CEO and other executive leadership roles. Additionally, Rick has a background in commercial banking and turnaround consulting experience.
Rick's industry experience includes food, wine, and other consumer packaged goods, as well as manufacturing, media and communications, transportation and logistics, and metals processing. He has guided many companies through complex business issues, including mergers and acquisitions, operational and debt restructuring, implementation of accounting software systems, and upgrading internal controls.
Rick earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Mount Union College in Ohio and his MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College in Ohio. He has served on the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors for several companies and non-profit organizations. Rick has also authored various publications and has served as a panelist for numerous seminars.
