Description: Examine best practices in winery business management reporting, including key performance indicators as sales, net sales, bill backs, discounts and promotions, depletions, cost of goods sold, tasting room metrics, and other winery expenses. Comparisons to financial ratios and benchmarking are explored for internal management reporting. Enrollment is limited, so please register early.
Corinne Maddaugh, MBA, CPA, CHE, is a lecturer at Sonoma State University in the School of Business and Economics, where she teaches the Corporate Finance course, and is an instructor at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. She is also the Controller for Landmark Winery, a premium chardonnay and pinot winery in Kenwood, California, and has held a variety of positions with Roll Global, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, Zainer Rinehart Clarke DFK, Balancing Pointe, Hanna Winery, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Corinne did her undergraduate work at CSU Chico, and received her MBA from Sonoma State University.
