Registration Deadline: Apr 24, 2013

Description: Imagine using a dynamic DNA process to create a simple yet effective roadmap that will enhance your customers' "wine environment experience"--exemplifying the unique wine country position of a winery by connecting Message, Product, People, and Place.
•Fulfill the promises made by your brand to your customers.
•Learn how to conduct a scaled review of your winery and its guest experience assets, and explore the connectivity of your winery with a view to making simple actionable plans.
•Map and design the desired Guest Journey for each touch point between guest and the winery, ensuring the integration of experience choreography, physical facility, staff interaction, and processes and systems to support best practices for implementation.
•Bring together all aspects of wine focused experience development--retail, merchandising, hospitality, operations, finance, marketing, PR, and design, as required to plan and execute the successful Roadmap.
•Discover your essence--identify elements of your brand positioning to be carried into or enhanced in planning the new guest and trade experience.
•Nurture your plan--establish core criteria for the development of a new guest experience and facilities development strategy through consensus of the key stakeholders.
•Action by roadmap--develop a pre-implementation roadmap that establishes a phased plan based on a defined schedule, budget, scope, and established ROI per all stakeholders.
