Description: With about 3,000 commercial wineries in the United States, how can you make yours stand out from the pack? A strong public relations program, including wise use of social media, can make all the difference—and it doesn’t have to break the bank. Topics include: the importance of a public relations plan and social media; types of materials needed; how to interact with wine writers, bloggers and other media people; and why you can't rely on great scores and reviews alone to build your brand.
Guest speakers include wine writers and bloggers from major publications who will talk about the type of information they need and why effective public relations programs make a difference.
