David Bruce Winery, an ultra premium Santa Cruz Mountains winery located in Los Gatos, California focusing on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, is seeking a full-time Administrative assistant. We are looking for someone with a stong written and communication skills. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and knowlegeable about wine able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
Provide support to VP and managers. Requires strong general office organization; phones, letter writing and general office filing. Maintain office calendar of events and club shipments. Maintain customer database and order fulfillment. Coordinate wine club events and provide written reports. Must have an outgoing personality, excellent telephone skills, interact well with others and be a team player. Self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented and have ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience related administrative and sales required.
Valid California drivers license and clean driving record.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
