Position Summary: The Client Technology Services Mgr. (CTSM) manages the Front Office team to the user community ensuring all support is tracked and requested through an Incident Management System. The Front Office team includes Information Solution’s employees engaged in Support Desk activities and Application Systems Support. The position ensures that the application portfolio is optimized, maintained where designated to current support levels, and assists in correction of application level issues. The position monitors, provides metrics of progress, and annually updates the SLA making recommendations to the Information Management Planning Committee. Periodically, the Client Technology Services Mgr. (CTSM) participates in major projects together with Business and other IS professionals.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training/experience.

Experience: Five years of systems analysis, design, planning and installation experience in data processing activities. 5+ years in information technology to include experience with Windows operating systems and Windows network operations. 2+ years team management/supervisory experience. Strong problem management assessment and process skills. Knowledge of PCs, PC images, and respective software is highly desirable.

Knowledge: Excellent leadership skills, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to assess and document business benefits to be derived from information and telecommunication technologies. Strong skills in Windows operating systems, SAP or ERP support, client/server, programming and database technologies.
