Family-owned wine industry business located in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a full time entry level receptionist/office assistant. Hours are Mon-Fri, 830am – 5pm. *Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
*Create and actively manage client work documents and expectations
*Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
*Organize and maintain files and documents
*Aid in logistics scheduling with multiple stakeholders
*Prepare, send, track wine samples
*Track office supply inventory and place orders as necessary
*Basic office procedures
*Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
*Other support functions as necessary
