The concierge will be one of the primary guest contacts both over the phone and onsite. This position requires a person that will be team focused, detail oriented, comfortable with public speaking and presentation and able to provide exceptional, high-touch customer service at all times. The Concierge should anticipate and respond to both the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our members and guests.
The concierge will provide B2B outreach weekly and as directed by the Tasting Room Manager, visiting B2B partners in an ongoing effort to increase visitor count and brand visibility.
The Concierge will assist The Wine Club Manager in club processing during quarterly shipments and help maintain club member relationships by helping with reservations and tasting experiences as directed by the Tasting Room Manager.
The Concierge is responsible for data entry and upkeep of outreach database.
The Concierge will assist in Tasting Room Duties and sales as directed and scheduled by the Tasting Room manager and assist with the daily operation and flow of the tasting room, appointments, events and activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Develop close relationships and knowledge of Wine Country and Bay Area restaurants, hotels, wineries and activities for the benefit of enhancing guest and member experiences.
•Proactively seek opportunities to create a memorable service that is second to none.
•Utilize contacts to organize guest/member itineraries and reservations in the wine country and/or bay area restaurants, hotels, wineries or other activities.
•Maintain and enhance a current database of partners and recommended businesses on a daily basis.
•Assist Club Members in understanding of all Sbragia Family Vineyards programs, team members and products.
•Smooth handling of membership registration, updates and membership database maintenance at the direction of the club Manager.
•Assist in responding to club inquiries, concerns and opportunities in a timely manner.
•Independently motivated in all essential job functions.
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and good attention to detail.
•Passionate about guest/member relationships.

•Ability to anticipate guest/member needs and respond appropriately.

•A comprehensive understanding of the hospitality business and a passion for wine and food.
•Ability and desire to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•Ability to lift 40 lbs.
•At least 21 years of age
•Must possess a valid driver’s license.
