The House of Burgundy, Inc. is a fine wine importer and distributor based in New York City since 1934. Over the years we have built the reputation as an independently-run, world class wine company who builds brands. We represent primarily family owned estates from around the world, with emphasis on French, Turkish, and American wines and specialty Spirits. As we grow our portfolio to include new wine regions, we are seeking experienced sales professional with the skill set to grow our sales of value wines, undiscovered gems, along with our classic, award-winning, high-end wines, both on premise and off premise in the Metro New York market.
1) Sales Professional with at least 1 year experience in the wine industry
2) Knowledge of wines and wine growing regions
3) Self-motivated, works well independently
4) Posses existing relationships, prospect new accounts and grow existing accounts.
5) Facility to sell both on and off premise
6) Track record of achievement, meeting sales goals
7) Team player and passion for the business
