Vine17, an innovative Napa based wine startup, is looking for a sales superstar with deep winery contacts to develop and manage our customer base and provide the new sales pipeline to take our company to the next level. We have developed a very interesting way to bring a sustainable stream of new DTC customers to our winery clients. This is an exciting time to be in this space and an equally exciting opportunity to provide amazing value to our clients and to make lots of money in the process.
We’re looking for a fun, energetic sales person to help build our sales alongside our founding team. This person has the ability to grow into a key leader within our organization.
• Has current relationships with wineries in the Napa/Sonoma area
• Routinely plans, strategizes and executes efficient sales calls to grow the North Coast Territory.
• Has some some management experience with the ability to recruit and build a sales team under them as needed.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals by territory
• Strong entrepreneurial energy to develop new strategic accounts
• Must be an effective listener and communicator for objection handling.
• Good sense of winery brand and marketing practices
• Projects a professional appearance while being resourceful, friendly and persistent with winery decision makers
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of direct wine selling or selling wine related services to wineries on the North Coast
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid, unrestricted California driver's license and clean DMV record
Depending on experience and track record, we will build a package that fits your needs composed of equity and commission.
