Job Description:

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Maintain the highest level of customer service while working with patrons. Represent the winery in a professional manner at all times. Able to multi task while maintaining a friendly and courteous atmosphere for all. Support your co-workers to ensure smooth operations on the floor.

EDUCATION:
Must be a high school graduate.

EXPERIENCE:
Sales experience preferred. Winery experience a plus.

ATTENDANCE:
Regular and reliable attendance on the job is mandatory. Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.

UNIFORM:
Business casual attire is required. Wearing logo apparel is encouraged but not mandatory.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

•Able to lift 40 lbs.
•Greet and serve customers with knowledge and enthusiasm.
•Sell wine, club memberships and brand identity.
•Correctly relay the winery history.
•Able to conduct and host private tastings.
•Correctly fill out forms used for shipping, wine clubs, futures and hospitality.
•Ring sales through the register system ensuring proper removal of inventoried items.
•Set up and breakdown for VIP, private tastings and special events.
•Clean up includes but not limited to; restrooms, trash and cardboard removal, kitchen, glasses, dishes, Tasting Room, general grounds.
•Assist club members with wine pick up, ensuring proper sign out of wines.
•Maintain stock levels in all merchandise and wine areas on sales floor.
•Keep back-stocked items neat, orderly, properly rotated and clearly labeled.
•Properly rotate floor stock.
•Maintain a clean and organized Tasting Room.
