Highly regarded boutique winery is looking for an outgoing, friendly, intelligent, mature individual to offer a high level of customer care to winery direct clients and to wholesale accounts and to assist owners with daily operations.
This person will provide gracious interaction with customers, provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and special requests, engage with customers at the winery in a hospitality setting, assist owners with a variety of tasks including but not limited to managing customer database, updating website information and images, marketing, social networking, coordinating special events, filing and office organization. May include light bookkeeping. Some heavy lifting will be required.
Candidates must posses the following: excellent oral and written communication skills, superior knowledge of Excel and database functions, basic knowledge of website function, working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite applications, and high end hospitality experience.
