We are seeking an experienced Worker's Compensation Specialist to join the Health, Safety and Risk team at Treasury Wine Estates. In this role you'll manage claims for the business, ensuring timely processing, compliance and return to work procedures are adhered to. This is an all encompassing role overseeing all worker's compensation claims administration, investigations and medical case management. You'll maintain close relationships with medical providers, insurance carriers, attorneys and in-house legal counsel ensuring the best outcomes for the employee and TWE. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing worker's compensation for a direct employer, insurance carrier or TPA (third party administrator). English/Spanish bilingual is required. Bachelors degree preferred.
