Position Summary: This position requires a person with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. In addition they will need to be able to pay close attention to detail and committed to exhibiting excellence in customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide efficient serve as busser for main tasting bar area including drying glasses, emptying trash and hourly area upkeep.
•Monitor hospitality wine inventory levels (in Visitors Center, Tax- Paid Room, and Warehouse) by placing wine orders, conducting physical counts; and stocking the tasting room;
•Assist in the receipt of wine and non-wine shipments, including document recording and storage.
•Assist with outgoing wine shipments; loading and transferring to warehouse or customer’s car.
Serve as runner for main bar area and staff
•Work closely with Special Events Manager and staff for event set-up and break-down
Skills & Knowledge Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Fluent in the English language
Works efficiently and follows Company policy and procedures, with or without immediate supervision
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends when necessary
Regular work requires a great deal of walking, bending, and must be able to lift a case of wine (average weight is 40 lbs)
