Job Description:

Growing Wine & Spirits Distribution Company seeking a competitive, confident and self-motivated individual to join our Sales Team. This position will serve the San Francisco area. The ideal candidate should have great communication skills, possess excellent organizational skills, have the ability to work independently and build strong relationships within the territory. Prior wine and spirits experience is a plus.

Salesperson’s territory is managed by developing and maintaining positive rapport with current accounts, opening new accounts, while maximizing the sales of our brands. Providing excellent customer service and giving professional sales presentations are an integral part of this job.

Competitive compensation package includes Draw, Commission, Auto Allowance, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401k, and AFLAC.

Skills/Requirements for Candidate:
• Must be 21 years or older!
• Familiarity with buyers & or accounts in the territory a big plus
• Be self-motivated - Results oriented
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit
• Work well independently and within a team
• Effective communication skills
• Demonstrate leadership qualities
• Maintain a good driving record - required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
