We're seeking a business minded Supply Chain professional to lead the processes related to portfolio innovation/renovation as well as manage the relationships with 3rd party bottling customers. This is a highly visible and cross functional role which will be the information hub for capabilities within operations and manufacturing with strong links to marketing and the commercial side of the business. This role will be a key player in determining, considering and balancing supply chain capabilities, processes and requirements with ensuring delivery of new products to the market in full and on time. In this role you'll communicate with internal and external customers the potential obstacles, budget constraints, resource and timing capabilities of our manufacturing and supply chain operations with respect to new product concepts and 3rd party bottling customer requests. Qualified candidates will have 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain role in CPG or Manufacturing, wine experience is preferred. Additionally we're seeking demonstrated problem solving, relationship building, influencing and customer service skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business or Operations. MBA is a plus.
