We are looking for a single intern to work directly with the Winemaker and cellar hand for the 2014 vintage.
Processing 110 ton making nines from Sauvignon Blanc to Petit Verdot from our all Estate Vineyards. Vintage is solid, hard work and we aim to have fun while we are doing it.
No experience necessary but high energy, enthusiasm for the trade and a positive attitude are essential. This a very hands on role and requires applicants be fit, healthy and capable of working long hours without complaining.
Duties include all manner of cellar tasks from sampling, crushing, fermentation management and draining, pressing and barrel work. There will be basic lab work and additions etc to made.
This job comes with full training adequate to perform the tasks required.
