Our client is a Boutique Family owned Ultra Premium Napa Valley Winery.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and distribution goals, account goals, executing retail and restaurant programs, developing relationships with key account decision makers, educating distributors, manage inventories, reviewing depletion and shipment data and working in the field with distributor sales reps.
The Sales Manager should have at least 5 to 10 years experience in the wine industry with an understanding of major markets, chains, independent accounts and on premise.
Must be energetic, self-motivated and strong team player to manage sales and distributors.
This position requires sixty percent (60%) travel, which will be 3 days on the road averaged annually.
Must currently or previously called on distributors in multiple states.
Pricing and programming experience, making presentations to distributors, ability to motivate
distributor sales teams to sell our brands.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with concentration on Excel.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales in: TX, FL, OH, CT, NY, PA.
More States may be added in the future.
The Sales Manager can live in any of the States within the territory.
