We are actively recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Provincial Sales Manager Ontario based in our Toronto office. In this role you will have a entrepreneurial mindset and will thrive in identifying new opportunities for the TWE portfolio in both retail and on premise channels. You will be responsible for year over year sales growth and improving a profitable mix our brands, maximizing distribution and expanding retail presence. Other responsibilities include forecasting and managing inventory levels, sales reporting and budget management. Strong leadership capabilities are key as you will have 6 direct reports to assist in the growth of our business, ensuring that Treasury Wine Estates remains the strongest wine company in Canada.
The qualified candidate will have current comparable experience in the CPG or adult beverage industry and will have exceptional existing relationships within the retail/grocery channel, as well as prior experience managing a seasoned and successful sales team. The ability to bring a fresh perspective while working cross functionally in a collaborative manner with varying levels of executives will lead to your success.
