The Sales Team manager is responsible for setting the direction, goals and training of our California sales team.
Evaluate and implement appropriate sales techniques to increase the team's sales volume through use of metrics and acquirable goal setting.
Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with 12 Sales Team members to review activity metrics, pipeline building and forecasts, review calls, review target account lists, and training development.
Maintain comprehensive weekly reports on team results.
Validate new market locations to acquire new hires in, then execute the on boarding process.
Report and exchange information directly with the Chief Executive Officer.
4+ years of experience leading a wine DTT sales team.
Do not apply if you cannot provide a proven track record of growth of Sales Team management (must provide MTD and YTD sales figures).
Demonstrated past success developing and implementing Sales Team training and coaching.

Total package of $75k+. Base salary and commission of team’s sales.
