Ultra premium Cabernet Sauvignon producer seeking harvest interns. One position will start at the beginning of July and go through November/December and will assist with bottling and associated laboratory and cellar activities. The other position will start at the beginning of August and go through December with a focus on all cellar activities.
Interns will be exposed to several facets of winemaking from sanitation, bottling, vineyard sampling, fermentation monitoring, with a strong emphasis on red barrel fermentations.
Ideal candidates possess a strong work ethic, are clean and organized, have a positive attitude and are solid team players.
Physical Requirements: need to be able to lift (lift 95lbs), stand on your feet for hours at a time, Spanish is a plus, have transportation and bust out good jokes at brake time.
