Our National Sales Division is seeking a highly driven Region Sales Manager for Dallas, TX with a solid record of volume and profit plan achievement. Based in the Dallas area, this position reports directly to the Division Sales Manager, South Central. Responsibilities include leading and directing assigned staff and distributor management to meet/exceed the business plan and performance objectives by creating, implementing, and executing strategic sales initiatives by channel of distribution. Customers include On/Off Premise, Chain, and Independents, Regional, National and other licensed retail wine accounts.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor degree in preferably business administration or sales and marketing; 6 to 9 years of distributor management experience as supplier and/or distributor (preferably in the wine industry) including budgetary responsibility with a proven track record in the industry. Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational and people management skills are required to be successful.
