This family owned winery was established in 1983, opened a Tasting Room in 1996 and opened a wine bar serving "small bites food" in August 2012. The manager will oversee operations of the wine bar and catering service for our event space. The inside seating capacity of the wine bar is aprox 65 with an outdoor capacity of an additional 40. The event space can seat 56-70 people.
This job requires evening and weekend hours, ability to work as a team member with all facets of the winery operation including the Tasting Room and Event Planner.
Three years experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred. Ability to develop cost effective menus, understand financial reports and drive productivity will produce a successful candidate.
