We provide a top level of service to the custom crush and A/P businesses in the southern California area. We produce wines by hand in small lots with all the attention and techniques needed to produce custom, concentrated wines.
We specialize in very high end, limited production, red winemaking. With two professional full time commercial winemakers on site, our Southern California winery is one of a kind and is ideal for producing very high quality hand crafted red wine lots from 1 to 25 tons. Our two hands on winemakers are the only hands that make decisions or perform any duties on your wines.
Our clients wines go to market ranging from $30 to $80 a bottle and sell out fast.
We are a fully equipped facility offering full service grape crushing, bin fermentation, barrel storage, bottling services, onsite laboratory analysis and more.
We work with each client individually to determine protocols in order to achieve the wines desired. Our professional and dedicated winemakers are available to meet with you to discuss all of your winemaking needs at all times.
