Three acre vineyard, planted in 2001. Farmed to 3-4 tons per acre. While not technically organic, we follow soft practices and fertilize with manure from our stables.
Vines are mature. Consistently producing about 12 tons from the block. Last year's vintage produced a Gold Medal winner at the Amador County Fair.
Fruit nearing harvest. Currently at 24 brix. Waiting for flavors to develop further. Should be harvesting in a week or so. Call for more details.
