IS THE NEW ORLEANS "GO CUP" ABOUT TO GO BYE-BYE?

 There’s a weird thing in New Orleans (yeah, just the one). It’s plastic. It can be carried in public. And it tends to be, as are many things in NOLA, full up with naughtiness. It’s the “go cup.”
