Here is the second part of my wine tasting (only part) of the excellent Cave Plaimont in the Gers, which covers several appellations of the region (see map above). I have not tasted the sweet wines on this occasion, nor Madirans. Last week I talked about the dry white wines. I'll pass on my tasting rosés, which are correct but did not thrill me, to talk about this week only red wines. I made some conclusions at the end of this article.
