Drink Wine. Not Too Much. Mostly From Grapes.

I strolled into the bookstore Simply Books and began to flip through Michael Pollan's latest effort, "Food Rules: An Eater's Manual." It also got me to thinking of what 64 guidelines -- "rules" sounds too dogmatic -- I could come up with for a lean and tight paperback that might be called "Wine Precepts: A Drinker's Manual."
